Nearly 700,000 accidents happen within an intersection protected by a stop sign each year. People often run a stop sign for many reasons. Sometimes, the sign was not visible, resulting in the driver ignoring it.
When a victim is harmed in an accident at an intersection, they will likely incur significant damages related to the accident. Unfortunately, in severe cases, victims can be killed in a crash. Surviving family members should protect their legal rights by contacting an experienced Baton Rouge wrongful death attorney.
