In September, 2016, I (Clifford Tucker) taught a Continuing Legal Education Class titled “Skills and Tactics for Case Preparation, Investigation and Discovery in New York.” The case focused on New York personal injury practice. Since then, at least 80 lawyers / law firms have watched the presentation and they rated it 96.13%. That’s an A rating. The class also received three positive comments:
– A really solid CLE with lots of practical/usable information. Well done.
– He covered the broad and narrow issues equally well.
– I enjoyed this presentation and learned several practical tips I plan to implement.
One experienced personal injury attorney emailed me and asked for some of my materials related to spoliation (i.e. improper destruction of evidence) to help prosecute her own cases.
