Bossier City, LA – Motorcyclist Dies in Multi-Vehicle Crash at 4900 Barksdale Blvd

Bossier City, LA (June 8, 2019) – The Bossier City Police has confirmed that on Friday, June 7th, there was an accident between a motorcycle and another vehicle. The incident took place at around 10 p.m.

The driver of the motorcycle, 34-year-old Marcus Richardson, was taken to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport. He later died at the hospital.

BCPD’s report claims that Richardson was driving at excessive speeds south down Barksdale when he struck the back of an SUV, losing control of the motorcycle.

The cause of the accident isn’t known by police at this time. More information will be released as the investigation continues.
