Sherwood Forest, LA – Hit-And-Run Injury On Old Hammond Hwy At O’Neal Ln

Sherwood Forest, LA (July 27, 2019) – There was a hit-and-run accident reported in the Sherwood Forest area on Old Hammond Hwy at the intersection with O’Neal Ln. The incident happened on Thursday, July 25th, at around 5:33 p.m. Local sources confirmed that at least one person was injured in the aftermath of the hit-and-run.

Local police were at the scene of the accident in order to provide aid to the injured parties involved. The driver failed to remain at the scene of the crash, and the victims were evaluated by paramedics. 

Police are currently seeking any information that may lead to the identity of the at-fault driver or the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run.

The condition of the injured party is unknown at this time.
