Denham Springs Woman Dies in Single Car Accident

A Denham Springs woman died late Sunday night in a single car accident when her 2002 Jeep Cherokee struck a pole on Interstate 110 northbound at Scenic Highway.  Baton Rouge Police officers responded to the accident at 1650 N. I-110 and found Ashley Stroup, 22, of 23815 Sandalwood Court in Denham Springs dead inside the jeep.  While the investigation is ongoing, police are initially blaming the accident on driving to fast or inclement weather conditions.

Such a cause is common in single car accidents, however, there are often other causes for a deadly accident.  Any occupants of a vehicle in such an accident could potentially have claims against any driver who caused the accident or against the state.  Additionally, there are also potential claims that the family of the deceased could pursue on their behalf in single car accidents.  The attorneys at Fisher Injury Lawyers are exactly the type of attorneys who are equipped to deal with this type of case.  One of our attorneys, Chris J.
