Livingston Parish, LA – Driver Involved in Fatal Head-On Wreck at LA-16 and LA-1032 Faces Charges of DWI and Homicide

Livingston Parish, LA (June 2, 2019) – Louisiana State Police report that a fatal accident took place on Tuesday, May 21^st, at the intersection of State Highways 16 and 1032, around 3:00 p.m.

Donna Ray, 59, was killed as a result of the tragic wreck. The other driver, 45-year-old Todd Green, was transported to a nearby hospital facility for medical treatment.

Police reports indicate that Green’s vehicle crossed the center line of the roadway, hitting Ray’s vehicle head-on. Green was to be taken into custody after leaving the hospital, authorities claim.

The case is still under investigation currently.
