Kate McCabe

Kate joined our team as a Legal Assistant while pursuing her degree at Louisiana StateUniversity. She is a Mass Communication major with a concentration in Political Communicationand a minor in Business Administration. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Kate movedto Louisiana in August 2025 to gain hands-on experience in the legal and public affairs fieldalongside her studies. Her academic focus examines the intersection of communication, policy,and public perception, which sparked her interest in the legal profession. She is motivated byhelping others and by gaining a deeper understanding of the legal field through real-worldexperience.Outside of work, Kate enjoys staying active, exploring new coffee shops, going to concerts,reading, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Winnie.
